Your Library

Your library is the central place for all the images and visual assets your business uses across social media. Instead of hunting through your phone or desktop folders every time you create a post, everything lives in one place inside Rheos.

What the library is for

The library stores your business visuals separately from your personal camera roll. Think of it as your brand's media hub. Anything you upload here is available every time you create a post, across all your content types.

This includes product photos, team headshots, behind-the-scenes shots, logos, and any other images you want to reuse in your social content.

Uploading assets

To add images to your library:

1. Go to Library from the sidebar.
2. Click Upload or drag and drop files directly into the library area.
3. Your images are processed and stored securely in the cloud.

You can upload multiple files at once. Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, and WebP.

Organising your assets

As your library grows, keeping things tidy makes content creation faster. You can browse your uploads and find what you need quickly when your assets are well organised.

Use descriptive file names before uploading so you can search for assets later. The library displays your most recent uploads first, so your freshest content is always easy to find.

Using library assets in posts

When you create a visual post, carousel (coming soon), or video (coming soon), you can choose between two content sources:

• Library assets -- Use your own uploaded photos and images as the base for your post. Rheos can still apply your brand styling on top.
• AI-generated -- Let Rheos create a completely new visual from scratch using your brand colours and style.

To use a library asset, select it during the content creation flow. You can also paste images directly into the create page using Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac), and Rheos will add them to your library automatically.

How the library differs from your camera roll

Your camera roll is personal and lives on your device. Your Rheos library is cloud-based and tied to your business account. This means:

• Your assets are accessible from any device where you log into Rheos.
• Team members on the Team plan can access the same shared library.
• Your business visuals stay separate from personal photos.

The library is included on every Rheos plan, from Free to Team. Upload your assets and start using them in posts straight away.

Tips for a well-organised library

• Upload in batches. Set aside 10 minutes to upload your best product shots, team photos, and brand assets all at once. This saves time later.
• Use high-quality images. Social platforms favour sharp, well-lit visuals. Aim for images that are at least 1080px wide.
• Keep it current. Remove outdated photos periodically so your library only contains assets you would actually want to publish.
