These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ALDR Ltd ("RHEOS," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the RHEOS application and related services (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RHEOS is a social media management and AI-powered content creation platform that allows users to:
- Create, edit, and manage marketing content using AI assistance.
- Schedule and publish content to connected social media platforms.
- Analyse content performance and audience engagement.
- Store and organise brand assets in a centralised media library.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Upload or distribute harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant RHEOS a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our Service: The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by ALDR Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
6. Third-Party Platforms
The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms including Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Bluesky, and Mastodon. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
By connecting a third-party account, you authorise RHEOS to publish content to that platform on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring that content published through RHEOS complies with the terms and community guidelines of each connected platform.
7. Payment & Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALDR Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
